“Helping you clear your mind and find your peace.”

Meet Your Therapist

As a hospice social worker, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through both sudden and gradual loss. Those experiences have deepened my understanding that grief is not linear—and healing doesn’t follow a timeline. Every person’s journey is unique, and I believe everyone deserves support that meets them where they are.

Whether you’re navigating the loss of a loved one, feeling weighed down by anxiety, or carrying the pressure of holding everything together for everyone else, you don’t have to face it alone.

I work with:
• Busy, overwhelmed moms balancing the demands of everyday life
• Teens who feel unseen, unheard, or misunderstood
• Adults struggling with stress, burnout, grief, or emotional pain
• Couples seeking to strengthen connection, communication, and trust

My goal is to create a compassionate and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and safe to show up as your authentic self. Whether you come as an individual or as a couple, I’m committed to helping you feel empowered, supported, and equipped on your path toward healing and growth.
